This idea came to me and I thank the Lord because it is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 4-5 cups of assorted fruit (raspberries, blueberries, peaches, strawberries, kiwi)
- 1 bottle of Tazo peach green tea
- 2 Tb. to 1/4 cup chopped mint
Chop peaches, strawberries, and kiwi. Put all the fruit, tea, and mint into a medium-sized bowl. Stir and let marinate for 1-3 hours.
Top with low-fat vanilla yogurt and granola for a breakfast treat or put the fruit on ice cream for a cool, refreshing dessert!
There are many fruit and tea combinations so have fun with this recipe and get creative!
